This series explores the intimate moments of witnessing the day begin at the edge of the ocean.
ABOUT THE ARTIST
After years of working as a nurse, Elora witnessed people at their most vulnerable, where a loss of hope and the unravelling of one’s place in this world was often more painful than the illness itself.
Her work is a response to that. Through photography, she creates images drawn from moments where the world feels alive, reminding us that within its vastness and beauty, we are both lost and found, and that life can feel like home again.
